Last updated: 11 July 2026 · These terms govern your use of MySen Trading ("the site", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Eligibility & jurisdiction — not available in the United Kingdom
MySen Trading is not directed at, intended for, or available to residents of the United Kingdom. Its content is not approved under the UK financial-promotion regime (FSMA 2000, s.21) and nothing on the site is intended to be communicated to, or relied on by, any person in the UK. By accessing or using the site you confirm that you are not a UK resident and that you are permitted to use the site under the laws of your own country. It is your responsibility to ensure your use is lawful where you are. Availability in other jurisdictions (including the US and EU) is under review; the site is offered only where it is lawful to do so.
1. Educational service only — no financial advice
Everything on MySen Trading — market performance boards, a market screener, charts and charting tools (including the MergeX full-screen chart, technical indicators, drawings, chart templates and snapshots), community posts, news snippets and guides — is educational and informational content only. Charting tools are provided to help you study price for yourself; an indicator appearing on a chart is not a signal to trade and carries no guarantee. Nothing on the site constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice, a personal recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. We are a publisher of general, impersonal information — not a broker, investment adviser or portfolio manager. Always do your own research and, where appropriate, consult a licensed professional.
2. Risk warning
Trading foreign exchange, futures, CFDs, cryptocurrencies, equities and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose more than your initial deposit. The practice of day-trading in particular involves substantial risk. Any trading decision you make is yours alone and at your own risk. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any loss or damage you or anyone else incurs from any trading or investment activity undertaken on the basis of information obtained through the site.
3. Hypothetical & historical performance
Any historical model reading, indicator backtest, accuracy figure or hypothetical result shown on the site has inherent limitations and is not indicative of future results. Hypothetical results are prepared with the benefit of hindsight, involve no financial risk, and cannot fully account for the impact of real market conditions, liquidity, costs or the emotional discipline of live trading. No representation is made that any account will, or is likely to, achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. There are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical and actual results.
4. Membership, subscriptions & trials
A (free) account gives you an identity on the site — your own page, posting and following on Trade Share, chart snapshots, watchlists and a message line to the team. Paid "Pro" tool tiers give higher limits (more charts, indicators, historical bars, alerts and watchlists) — you are purchasing access to educational software tools, not advice, signals or any guarantee of results. Tiers are currently offered on a 14-day free trial with no payment taken; paid billing is not yet active. When paid billing begins, prices, billing cycle, auto-renewal and cancellation terms will be shown at the point of purchase, any trial will convert to a paid plan only if not cancelled beforehand, and you will be solely responsible for cancelling from your account settings. Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for breach of these terms.
5. Account registration & security
To register you confirm you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not barred from using the site under any applicable law. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use or security breach. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or that we reasonably believe are being misused.
6. Community content (Trade Share, My Page)
Members can publish posts, comments, reactions, chart snapshots and profile content. You retain ownership of what you post, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the site. You represent that you have the rights to anything you submit. You agree not to post: content presented as personalised financial advice; misleading performance claims; market manipulation, spam or promotion of unregulated schemes; unlawful, infringing or abusive material; or other people's personal information. Community content reflects its author's personal opinion, not ours. We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules. You can delete your own content — or your whole account — at any time from your profile's data controls.
7. Market data & third-party content
Prices, charts, screener results and indicator values are sourced from third-party data providers (including Yahoo Finance and, where configured, providers such as Twelve Data, Alpaca and Finnhub). Data is delayed or near-real-time, not guaranteed real-time — typically around 15 minutes for stocks, ETFs, indices and commodities on the base feed, and closer to real-time for forex and where a live feed is enabled, though this varies by source and exchange. The latest candle on any chart is still forming until its period closes. Because of the inherent possibility of human and mechanical error, the accuracy, completeness, timeliness and correct sequencing of data cannot be guaranteed. Data is provided as-is for education; do not rely on it for time-sensitive decisions — confirm live prices with your broker. Market data remains the property of its providers; it is licensed to you for personal, display-only use and may not be redistributed. News headlines are attributed to and link out to their original publishers, who own their content. We are not responsible for third-party sites we link to.
8. Permitted use — display-only, no automated or non-display use
The site, its tools, charts, screener, indicator outputs and data are licensed to you strictly for personal, display-only use for your own education. You may not, and may not enable any third party to: use the content or data for automated or algorithmic trading, automated order generation, price referencing, order verification, smart order routing, risk-management or any other machine-driven, non-display purpose; scrape, crawl, bulk-download, cache or copy the content at scale; redistribute, resell, sublicense or republish it; or build any product, service or dataset derived from it. Automated access is restricted (see our robots policy). These restrictions also protect our upstream data providers, whose own terms forbid such uses.
9. Intellectual property & third-party software
The site's design, code, tools, models and original content are our property. Standard technical indicators are public knowledge; our implementations, scoring models and presentation are ours. The site uses third-party open-source components under their own licences — including the interactive charts, which are powered by TradingView Lightweight Charts™ (© TradingView, Inc.). Those components are provided by their authors "as is" and are governed by their respective licences, not by these terms. Trademarks referenced on the site belong to their respective owners, and their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
10. Changes to the site & availability
We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any feature, tool, data source or part of the site at any time, with or without notice, and we do not guarantee backward compatibility of any tool or interface. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from loss, corruption or security intrusion, and we may take it offline for maintenance or other reasons.
11. Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability
The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, reliability, timeliness, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our operators, affiliates and licensors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss — including trading losses, lost profits, loss of goodwill or data loss — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or anything published on it, even if advised of the possibility of such loss.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us and our operators, affiliates and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of content you submit, your use of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party. This obligation survives the end of your use of the site.
13. Feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions or other feedback, you agree it is non-confidential and that we may use it for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you.
14. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your settings. We may, without prior notice, suspend, limit or terminate your access for breach of these terms, at the request of law enforcement, for technical or security reasons, for extended inactivity, or for suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity. On deletion we remove the personal data associated with your account, except where retention is required for legitimate business or legal purposes (see the Privacy Policy).
15. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from your use of the site are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your own country of residence where those apply. Nothing in these terms affects statutory rights that cannot be excluded by law.
16. Changes to these terms & contact
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above changes when we do, and continued use means acceptance. Questions about these terms? Members can contact the site operator through the Message the admin form on their profile. A public contact address will be published when the site's domain goes live.
